Rosary
The rosary is now being said before the first meeting of the month. We begin the rosary at 7:00 PM and everyone is welcome. Our Lady said to pray the rosary for world peace. When you look at what is happening in the world today, this devotion is needed more than ever. |

Life We have started a Pro Life committee. All members interested in joining please contact Dick Payette. Council

Degree
Ceremonies I strongly encourage all members who have not received their 3rd degree to complete their journey and become Knighted. Bingo Bingo is the chief fund raising event for the council. We are always in need of additional help. If you can spare some time on a Monday evening please stop by the hall. We can use help anytime starting at 4:30 PM. |

Intentions of the Holy Father “That the nations of Latin America may
walk in fidelity to the Gospel and be bountiful in social justice and peace.” Food Drive The
council will be conducting a food drive at St. Mary’s and St. Robert’s in
May. Winter Safety Keep
a box of sea salt or kosher salt in your car or at your
home doorway. It provides an instant
grip for footing as the granules are larger than ordinary table salt. |

St. Joseph’s Church in Poquonock Fr. Vargo has approved a membership drive
at his church. I haven’t finalized the date yet but will be looking for the
assistance of council members who attend St. Joseph’s. More details to follow. |
